Pros

Systematic approach towards the work. The only manufacturer plant of Electrical steel in India. Excellent support for product and technology from the principal ThyssenKrupp Germany. Growing markets in India. Integrated Management System or TKES is above excellence. Product is very good in terms of Quality.

Cons

The parent company wants to come out of this business hence they are selling plant. Very old machinery, as 1995 commissioned plant by Raymond Group. Stagnancy in the working culture makes it very difficult for internal growth.

Pros

As a BE Mechanical Engineer I loved working at ThyssenKrupp Industries, Pune as a Project Execution Engineer in Sugar Dept. This is very professional organisation and great systems in place to work. No biases and equal opportunity for everyone.

Cons

There is bit difficulty in shifting from one department to other.

Pros

Technological bias, some good technologies Absorption of Uhde into Thyssen Krupp Industrial Solutions may turn out OK.

Cons

A conservative, over-cautious, risk-averse, company dominated by accountants.
