Pros

Colleagues were generally supportive and knowledgeable. Salary and benefits were decent. Very clean and modern facility.

Cons

Plant management team showed very little leadership. Corporate management in Germany was always micro managing. Many tasks were not value added for making business decisions. Very political with a core clique in the leadership group that if you weren’t part of you weren’t going anywhere or rewarded..
