It’s a job until something better comes along

Cons

Some great people are still left but management from Germany is very unorganized and messes thing up more than helping when getting involved. Really bad MIS system and SAP implementation from a few years ago still hasn’t been improved. Individual pay raises are bad and many good people leave for better pay after getting years of low raises

Stressful, minimal management support, hard time trying to find someone who can assist you. Not a lot of training.

- salary - diverse fields of interest - attractive headquarter

Cons

highly depends which part of the company you wark in. My subdivision functions on quite a big amount of 2year contracts which cuases a lot of frustration
