Pros

The small office environment allows the opportunity to engage in functions that may not be organic/standard to your actual position, but build on your skill set.

Cons

Salary is much less than your market value (thousands of dollars less) and your benefits do not compensate for the salary deficit. Career advancement is difficult.

Pros

All benifits day one, health dential, vacation hours pro rated on hire date. Bonus every month. Free life insurance, free lunch when accident free milestones are met. A lot of overtime. I have loged 80 hours in one week. Paid every friday.

Cons

Weekend work, bonus can be small. Will be charged 40 dollars if you smoke, hire time is a process, outdated equipment

Great company, but poor growth

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent pay, flexible hours, good life/work balance, good co-workers

Cons

Based on what branch and location you are employed at, long-term growth may be scarce depending on the size of your particular branch. Growth often requires moving to another city and/or state, unless your warehouse consistently grows.
