Pros

Benefits are better than average. Clean environment. Somewhat relaxed environment. Project sales forecast looks promising consistently. Majority of upper management wants positive change to occur and moves towards goals.

Cons

Once you are in, your salary will barely moves from year to year as annual increases are less than desirable: 1-2%. Employees that excel are often punished with more work from lesser employees for no more pay. Hiring from the outside is now common place - this wasn't the case in the past and should be more of a focus for the future. A couple of the middle management positions need adjusted - the majority are good. The grass is just as green as the next lawn over.

Pros

Good benefits, good coworkers and hours. First maintenance job in manufacturing and they work with you to get you trained

Cons

Favoritism is a biggie here. Some people get away with murder and others blink and get writen up. They treat non union employees better plus pay better. they walk on union people like dogs
