      - Great business plan and structure - Potential to grow into an aerospace stronghold - Great pay and benefits structure

      Cons

      - Run on dated software with the inability to update without corporate German approval - Internal competition across divisions - Focus on bandaids as opposed to long term vision - Doesn't fully utilize the vastly important data they collect

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits. Start with 5 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      There is no direction from management. Industrial sales team does not know how to close a contract so there has not been any work in-house for over a year. You have no chance for advancement unless you are German.

      Pros

      Good overall first job. Fair benefits. Profit sharing plus 10% monthly bonus and overtime all add to the base salary.

      Cons

      Training can be very vague. From what I hear raises are not that generous and not that often. Not too many cons so far
