Cons

Location, as Danville area is not the most attractive to be at.

If you are a people person there is room for advancement. Possiblity to transfer employment from TK to be hired on directly by the client.

Cons

70 cent raise after a year and none afterwards. If you are a craftsman or any other skilled laborer your career will remain stagnent.
