Pros

The Internal application process will generally prioritize promoting from within over outside hiring so long as requirements are met.

Cons

Very demanding workplace, has been difficult over the last year to understand group objectives with frequent changes in high-level management. This should be stabilizing now.

Pros

The company is well diversified as far as product offerings. There are many talented/skilled people at the plant levels.

Cons

German leadership is quite poor and doesn’t focus on the core businesses, but rather what is politically correct. Segment leaders are not well suited for the manufacturing environment and are often directing the plant facilities poorly with poor business decisions the result. Corporate management seems to be more concerned with things that don’t help to make better business decisions. There is a lack of direction at tK, at least in NA in the automotive divisions.
