Pros

Good compensation, modern work environment, all recruitments, hiring and terminations per contract and laws of the land. Challenging projects from DLT, to IoT to Artificial Intelligence and much more.

Cons

Startup culture and quick decision making, if you are not a hardcore engineer you will struggle to grow and sustain. We don't manage perceptions, we manage careers. We are like a launchpad to success, ask me for specifics and you will get them.

comparing to indian desi companies they are good in taking care of employee's & employees job. accommodation and some percentage of salary you will get initially till you get project. Really this is good. no other consulting firm do that in US

Cons

Few account manager not active to help employee's to find the right position. if you are new to US and market then you will be rely on account managers. Not all. Very few

Pros

No such reason except it's one of the easy reason to explore opportunities in USA but only if you are single. Being married it can be very difficult to manage with the provided compensation.

Cons

No motivational factors. Low salary. Poor communication management. No insurance for dependents. Poor medical insurance for employees. No dental, no vision.
