Relatively low stress job, it you happen to work at a properly staffed location.
Cons
- Low pay considering how much knowledge is required - Working for Asurion, which customers universally despise. I've never once heard a customer say anything positive about dealing with their insurance company. - All the focus is on selling extended warranties. One hundred percent of the company's energy is devoted to wasting the time of customers, wasting the time of employees, and doing the minimum amount required to extract maximum profit. Don't come here if you want a job helping people. Half of your time will be spent turning customers away due to arbitrary rules made by some dude in a boardroom that's never even seen the inside of a phone.
