Very chill laid back work environment AT TIMES. I recommend this for someone young and new to working.

Kinda no lunch. Supposed to be 30 (which is not enough for me personally. I think all jobs should be an hour) No benefits Training system is poor. (They want you experienced) Absolutely no room for mistakes Extremely unorganized High turnover rate

Great connection to employees, managers and higher ups are great and very simple job that takes time to study and complete.

Cons

During covid the classes were online so not that great. And the transition into Asurion has been a bit rough. Not the same salary as asurion employees.
