      The pay is decent and its a chill and relaxed job. Always something new to learn.

      The pay is decent but no room for growth. This company is owned Asurion and they only hire from the outside. I've been here going on five years and every time there is an opportunity to move up they hire from outside sources rather promoting rom within. Since everyone is out sourced for employment no one really knows any of the processes that the company has. The benefits suck...
