      This is a great job for entry level electronics work

      Pros

      They are willing to teach you everything. I really enjoyed my work environment, too. Also, from what I saw of other shops, there was a sense of pride that we had the best repair shop in town. A lot of what I saw from other shops made me not want to work at those other places.

      They do not pay as much as other electronic repair shops.

      Was a quick interview process, little to no experience required.

      Cons

      You're on your own, management points fingers and doesn't listen, no HR, benefits aren't that great. Schedule will change constantly without any input.
