      If not for the owners, this job was fun.

      Cons

      The franchise owners in Little Rock, AR are the worst people I’ve ever worked for in my life. I have open investigations with both the state and federal labor departments and am consulting a lawyer. There is no HR at any level. Do not work here.

      I love my job, I love repairing phones and computers. I've been very passionate about tech for a long time. Being able to bring a dead device back to life, make it perform better or being able to save photos of a loved one off a phone that they though would never turn on again are all amazing feelings, my coworkers are all wonderful people and share the same passions that I do. I love working with them and I love the challenge of the work we do.

      Cons

      The managers and the regional managers are wonderful. However the owners of my particular franchise being the central arkansas franchise are absolutely horrible and cruel. They insult and belittle the staff, they promise raises that never come, they shift blame onto other people, lie about the things they've done, "lose" paychecks and even protect their "favorites" when they threaten physical harm to other staff. There's no room for growth in this company and you cannot trust the owners to ever keep their words and if they don't like you, they won't tell you, they'll have someone else tell you and they sure won't fire you, they don't want to pay your unemployment, they'll just tell the managers not to put you on the schedule anymore. They're crooks and liars.

      Pros

      _Deal with customer problems everyday which is both good and bad for yourself. Good thing is you have chance to talk to people if you are the kind of person that like to communicate with people. Bad is, with the high traffic store you can spend whole day standing up front and cannot get anything done after the wall. _

      _Low pay compare with what you have to learn in order to fix customer device _Decent benefit
