-good for learning if you are new to IT and customer service -depending on how busy your store is you could have a lot of downtime

Cons

-pay is usually low -no benefits and your work life balance depends a lot on the owner and management, which will vary since it’s a franchise -no real career growth since the highest position you can reach is manager
