Relaxed, friendly work environment. The chance to learn a new skill and be proud of the things you fix.

Cons

Low pay. Lack of effective communication. A forgetful manager who doesn’t train you well, even after multiple requests for more training. They also abused the system, looking up customer home addresses for fun.
