This is a great company to work for and it is headed in the right direction. It has a family feel that it has been able to hold on to even as it has grown rapidly.

Cons

Like any start-up, changes happen faster than they can be communicated en-mass and that can be frustrating at times.

I have worked at various companies and UbreakIfix, by far, has the best POS/Employee dashboard. Everything in the system was very easy to get used to. I was lucky the store I got hired at had amazing co-worker and owners. I only left cause I got offered a job with a higher wage and closer to my home, even then I kinda regret leaving UBIF.

Cons

The only con was the low wage.
