Knowledge about fixing things on job. Discounts, and your own desk.

Cons

Only 4 people can work at a time, so good luck calling in sick. Owner is horrible to his employees. Constant surveillance, and being watched by the owner. Not paid enough for the amount of daily duties being done everyday. Constant turn around rate for employees.

You can do whatever you want when the store isn't busy, bonuses if you are willing to help but its only like a 2-3$ difference and thats if you meet the metrics which change EVERDAY

Cons

Terrible Pay, Too little consideration from managers, Miami locations are all dirty and filled with dust, No one works like a team rather a competition because of bonuses, NO BENEFITS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU GET LOCKED IN A CONTRACT THAT WONT LET YOU WORK AT ANY PLACE THAT DOES THE SAME SERVICE FOR 2 YEARS...
