      Pros

      Get to work on all the new technology. Samsung/Google/HP/Asurion etc partnerships Laid back environment(depends on owner/management Certifications

      Cons

      10:00am - 7:00am No real breaks as you work all day pretty much Pay is dirt low from tech to management. You have to have all these certifications but no increased pay. If your owner never comes in good luck unless you have a manager that really know what they are doing. Owners don't want to/can't pay higher hourly/salary due to all the fees from uBreakiFix which means anyone good will leave for better paying jobs. Can be very stressful if understaffed.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot about sales and how electronics work. This is a franchise so no one UbreakiFix is the same.

      Cons

      Hard to have much of a life when you work from 10 to 7.

      Pros

      I’ve learned a lot here. I’ve grown a lot too. I love the people I work with in the Corporate office. The co-founders are smart and hard working guys.

      Cons

      The best lesson I’ve ever heard was from my first boss and he said “you create your own stress here”, which has stuck with me years later. Problems will alway exist, it’s just how much time you need to figure it out. A con can easily be a pro.
