This is a great job for getting into the industry. You will get alot of experience and training.

Cons

Theres too much overhead in a franchise-storefront to get paid adequately. Ive done easier jobs for much more money.

Great people, great work, Im in love with my job, biggest gripe is customers and their unreasonable expectations, they get easier to handle, however irrational ones stop in every so often. No matter how good you get, the open market of parts available is the only thing that can hold you back here if you like to work hard.

Cons

Worst part of uBreakiFix is pay, and its just a byproduct of offering good customer service along with low margins of newer flagship devices, if we saw more laptops and iphones we'd make more money, however that isn't a fair business model. Im jaded, but I love my team, enough money to go around is the only problem with this job.
