There are only pros if you have Stockholm syndrome.

Cons

They'll charge a customer 300$ to repair a 60$ part and pay you 5$ for doing all the work. You're a slave generating massive profits for a few rich plantation owners who have no connections to reality.

You can litteraly do whatever you want! as long as you bring money to the business.

Cons

4 owners was a nightmare! some like you some don't but at the end, you are simply a salary that they are paying and ofter will let you go as soon as they can to replace you with somebody they will pay peanuts!
