Fun place to work for the most part

Cons

Alot of change happens with the big partners (google, Samsung, Apple) That makes it hard to want to work on their devives with no support from them for their systemic issues.

You get to work on different type of devices and software issues. The job really builds your experience for hardware related jobs.

Cons

If you're not a people person this job will drain you. Some stores are franchised and each owner is different. I was fortunate enough to get a good owner of the store I work at.
