      Fun culture, franchise differences

      Pros

      The culture between technicians is outstanding and national events are stellar, if you are invited and able to go. Differences between franchises exist, but the network is glued together by common culture and vision.

      Cons

      Differences between franchises mean that colleagues I meet in different locations may not espouse the same values that I would typically expect.

      Always something new to work on, can be a fun atmosphere with your co-workers

      Cons

      The owning entity (Asurion) has a lot of micro management and you have to hit a lot of KPIs to keep your job. You will always have co-workers that are extremely young and that can have a lot of challenges getting them to efficiently help customers.
