      Pros

      Affordable benefits, paid training, more words to fill space because there are literally no other cons to working for Asurion at a store level

      Cons

      Poor leadership communication, too many half-baked ideas that are poorly implemented then forgotten, poor staffing, low pay, terrible customer base, new hire training is a mess

      Pros

      You get to work with major consumer electronic devices and learn other beneficial repair skills If you're franchise, chances are pretty good that the owner is chill. When it's busy, you are busy. lot of repairs.

      Cons

      A burger flipper or grocery stocker will make more than you. There is insane pressure to hock their "not insurance", and it's on you if you can't meet their sp100 goals. getting hired in will mean that your first week will be dedicated to more quizzes than you have ever taken in school. Minimal PTO (which also counts as sick days fyi) and maybe insurance if you're lucky.

      Low stress, good work environment, good co-workers, owner is hands on but in a good way

      Cons

      No PTO, dealing with customers is difficult at times, dealing with Samsung is difficult, would like better pay
