      Pros

      It is truly an entry-level position, they don't require 5,000 years of experience and are willing to train from the ground up. The hands-on approach + tons of resources including training videos and forums help get you proficient quickly. There is a commission/bonus structure to offer additional incentives for the sales portion of the job, which is nice.

      Cons

      While it is a great place to get your start in repair, I would only recommend using it as a stepping stone or resume builder. For most positions, there are little to no benefits offered and promotions are few and very, very far between.
