Pros

Repair Knowledge Great co workers

Cons

Very stressful environment. Clients will come into store and be told by insurance rep that device will be repaired in an unreasonably short amount of time. Clients will come in with a claim that we cant actually process due to damage being present where the claim doesn't cover. Clients will often time be told one thing over the phone that we cannot do in store. Clients will use you as a verbal punching bag due to getting the run around by people at the insurance company. Most clients don't understand that the store location don't have any ability to adjust claims or insurance. We just repair the actual device here. You will probably be saying that last sentence to customers everyday.
