Of you are in a corporate location and technically work for Asurion be aware, UBREAKIFIX is the black sheep of the company and only wants to use UBREAKIFIX as a means to sell their home plus protection plan and if the location isn't profitable they will quickly sell the store to a franchise and remove your employment over the the franchise. Once you are employed with the franchise (that's is they even extend an offer to you) most likey you will loose everything because most franchise do not offer paid vacation, 401K nor paid sick days and also you'll probably get a big pay cut for doing the same job. Each franchise owner is different but one thing is the same is that they fudge the pricing of any repair to maximize their profit using poor quality parts and selling them at premium prices.

Can get very busy, people break their devices all the time and you will have repairs to do, but busy is good in my book. No growth outside of becoming a store manager.
