Better work culture than most, less salary

Pros

Good work culture. Some politics is there but you can avoid it if you try. The corporate cut-throat behaviour is there but it is like this everywhere. Overall the people are positive and management tries to be supportive.

Cons

Low salary as market rate, night shift is not good on health, no sun exposure means lack of vitamin D

At vTech I enjoyed each day with good supporting employees. My EA Sadiya specially doing good job with honesty and resolve any issues quickly if there is any.
