Great work culture. My Reporting Manager is extremely supportive, appreciative and ready to impart knowledge to help you upskill to see your personal as well as professional growth. The environment is overall very positive and in another senior's words, everyone has a "How can I help?" attitude. It feels rewarding to work here.

Cons

Haven't found anything that has ticked me off enough to call it a Con yet. I will be updating the answer if I do find anything.

Company provide pwfh that's the only benefit.

Cons

Pathetic environment, so much politics the manager don't know how to behave with their employee they abuse as well, also deducted my salary by rejected the attendance without letting me know. I'll not recommend anyone to join this company
