      Pros

      vTech is the best company I have worked for by far. Senior management is very supportive and there are so many opportunities to learn and grow at the same time.

      Cons

      Night shifts are little bit issue(however; if it suits you, they you are good) Salary is low in compare to the other companies in the market.

      most pathetic culture ever saw in life, even the managers now directors dont know how to work they just always lick and get favours. CEO is not a good guy he is phsyco.
