Pros

Experience with vTech was amazing moreover a family like culture which is rarely found in this corporate hub and I was given many opportunities to get engage with the company which i found really good as i was getting indulge with the company which was a source of motivation.

Cons

The mid level management was totally into micromanaging which was not at all good for any of the potential employee, i was also one of the potential one but due to this micro managing , i left the company, overall vTech was good.
