Pros

The company is fully remote and work/life balance boundaries are respected. Easy to set your own hours that work for you. Everyone is super smart and talented, making it a pleasure to work here. As a small company there's always lots to do, and often lots of easy wins to feel like you're making a big difference, whereas at a big company you might put in a lot of effort to improve something only slightly. Good transparency from upper management about the health of the business overall.

Cons

Fully remote has its downsides too - lack of connection to colleagues, particularly when we work across all time zones. But this is being improved with more planned social activities. And there are inevitable cons with being a small company too. There are always a ton of projects to work on (which is a pro as long as you don't feel overwhelmed!), a lengthy backlog to get to, but things like documentation are often left behind, meaning it's sometimes hard to find exactly the info you're looking for.

Fully remote company allows for great flexibility. Great Community of creators who are thankful for the advice and inspiration. Overall freedom to be creative and connect with others.

Cons

Remote work can make it hard to connect with other employees in the same way as in-person work.
