VidIQ has no bureaucracy at all — that allowed people to have absolute freedom in terms of processes (read about the drawback of this fact in the cons). It's klondike for initiative people who are acting when they see an opportunity. Nobody will stop you in case if you have a solution for any given problem. The only thing that is needed from you — a plan with listed pitfalls. So your team will be aware of how to add your proposal to the existing technology landscape. It's hard not to notice a positive trend in terms of process and product improvements. People from the Product and Engineering teams are supportive. You have a lot of constructive and transparent feedback.
