Thank you for taking the time to leave a review; we’re glad to hear you’ve appreciated the flexibility, remote setup, and diverse team at vidIQ. As we continue to grow, we recognize that some of our startup habits may feel less aligned with our scale. We're actively working to evolve while staying true to the culture that’s gotten us here. While we couldn’t confirm all the details of this post, we always appreciate feedback and remain proud of the team and environment we’re building.

Pros

vidIQ fosters a genuinely supportive and collaborative remote culture. The team is always open to sharing feedback and helping each other grow. One of the standout benefits is the creative freedom. Editors are encouraged to explore new techniques and styles, which keeps the work exciting and innovative. Leadership is approachable and maintains a great balance between guidance and autonomy. Regular check-ins help keep everyone connected.

Cons

Working remotely may not be ideal for everyone, especially if you prefer in-person collaboration. Time zone differences can occasionally delay responses, but the team is understanding and flexible.
