Pros

This is my first remote job and it has been a blessing! I've had some jobs in the past, but not one that actually puts the well being of employees at the top of the list of priorities. If something happens, my leaders are there to lend a hand or an ear, and they celebrate my wins with me. I am encouraged to take on new challenges, and feel like I am part of a work family.

Cons

It would be nice to meet everyone in person.

If you're looking for fully remote flexibility, great benefits, a relativley flexible schedule, and really intelligent co-workers that will inspire you. vidIQ is the place for you.

Cons

Like any start up things change pretty frequently. So this may not be for you if you're not up for building the ship while sailing it.

I've had a great experience working here, thanks to a supportive supervisor and senior management team that genuinely cares about employee development. The company is also very forward-thinking, consistently investing in new technology and tools to stay aligned with market requirements. It’s rewarding to be part of a growing organization that values innovation and keeps up with industry trends.

Cons

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience working here, and there aren’t any major drawbacks that stand out. As with any rapidly growing company, there can be occasional challenges as we adapt to new tools and processes. But these changes are manageable, especially with the support from leadership. For those who enjoy a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, this is a great place to be.
