This has been a great company that introduced me to a lot of different opportunities I would not normally have with traditional companies/roles. It’s definitely a start-up, and that will come with challenges, but that is not a bad thing as it gets you out of your comfort zone and grows your skill sets. It’s great to be able to work so easily with other departments and interact with executive management, which I think is rare for a lot of companies.
