The winner of this award is an employee who has continuously gone above and beyond in their role and truly exemplifies our core values in their everyday work life. We received many nominations this year, and now it’s time to announce our 2022 Shied of the Year winner! 🎉Joy Lynch!🎉 Joy’s supervisor described her as “an integral part of the training team” and even went on to say the following: “Joy is a fantastic teammate with a great heart for the students... She is deserving of this award because she is a fantastic representative of not only the L&D department but also an excellent example of our AAS core values whenever she’s in front of a class or in a meeting with representatives from other departments.
