September 23rd-25th marked our annual Welcome Season Launch. Each year, Welcome Season is our busiest time of the year. Our sales and client service teams are pivotal in ensuring that we are successful as an organization year after year, and high-volume times of the year are arguably where this is tested the most. We like to show our appreciation by hosting the annual Welcome Season Launch, where people leaders and sales teams come together to have some fun before Welcome Season kicks off. Our sales team had a fun excursion to go see the Dallas Cowboys star at the stadium, our client service and sales managers enjoyed some mini golf, and there were some great opportunities for networking and socializing before the big push.
