We honored the start of National Employment Disability Awareness month on Monday with a panel featuring disability advocate Dylan M. Rafaty, MADR (deaf/HoH), as well as panelists Rhonda Weins, Tim Dumler, Eva Maslach and Eric Eramo. As a community, we aim to learn, educate, and shed light on disability employment issues. Thank you to our speakers and ABLE ERG for sharing your experiences with us, and for inspiring and educating our teams on how to live more inclusively and authentically regardless of ability status.

This year, we're honoring Hispanic Heritage Month with a theme of Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation. We kicked off the month today with a panel discussion on the mosaic of the Hispanic culture with Luisa Puentes, Patricia Treviño, Katherine Caballeros, Paulo Fernandes, Francisco Sanchez, Alexis Rosario, and moderator Justin Carter, SHRM-CP. Our teams will be joining in events throughout the month celebrating the diversity, vibrance, and strength of the Hispanic community.
