During National Women's Month we'd like to highlight a new member of our Apple team, Saijal Kalidas, our Associate Vice President of People & Culture. Read a little about Saijal and welcome her to the team! Happy Women’s Day to all the incredibly talented women in this world. As women, we often wear so many hats in our lives and juggle so many competing priorities. This is true for me too. I was fortunate to work at University of Maryland Global Campus for more than 17 years. It is where I grew my career from a recruiter to an Associate VP of Human Resources. It was also where I earned my Master’s in Human Resource Management. At that time, I was juggling adapting to my new role as Assistant VP, HR Business Partnerships, being a wife, raising a five-year-old daughter and four-year-old son, taking care of my mom, and being dog mom to our adorable schnoodle, Alex. My plate was full for sure; however, through the support of my family, I was able to earn my master’s degree. To celebrate, I decided to take my family on a Disney Cruise and the rest was history!
