Biltmore’s Event Work Crew is responsible for table, chair, tent, and equipment set-up; light and/or electrical installation; and other elements that create magical moments for event guests. Part-Time and Full-Time openings are available. These positions require: · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently; up to 75 or more pounds on occasion with assistance. · Climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding · Ability to reach overhead/below; kneel, squat, and bend; and stand/walk for extended periods of time Compensation starts at $16/hr+. The Biltmore Career Center will host three upcoming hiring events. All events will take place at the Career Center, which is located at 2 Hendersonville Road, Suite C, Asheville NC. Food & Beverage Job Fair - March 4 from 2:00 – 5:00p.m. Position types include supervisors, servers, dining room attendants, catering, pastry chef, cook, demi chef, dishwashers, and more! Outdoor Adventure Center Job Fair - March 11 from 2:00 – 4:00p.m. OAC Guides provide outdoor recreational programs for guests visiting the estate, including instruction and guide services for bike tours, raft and kayak river trips, hiking groups, archery groups, Outrider tours, and other team-building activities.
