Starting Strong Construction Careers as Field Engineers
Our annual food drive is complete and our teams stepped up in a big way. With support from 30+ project teams and hundreds of employees, we raised over $128,000 and collected essential items for local food shelves. Since 1998, this tradition has delivered more than $1 million in employee‑driven support. The numbers are big but the impact is bigger. Thank you to everyone who contributed and is helping build stronger communities.

This Women In Construction Week, we’re celebrating the incredible women of Blattner who help power America. They bring grit to every jobsite. They lead crews, solve problems, take on tough work and show what strong leadership looks like across our projects. Meet Morgan and Alyssa, Senior Site Inventory Specialists who put strong leadership into action every day. They keep things running by knowing the work, reading the site, staying in sync with crews and taking ownership of what needs to get done. Their paths show how leadership grows from experience, accountability and being the person others rely on.
