At CGI, we like data. 📈🤓 We pay attention to the numbers and are thrilled to see these numbers coming directly from our community of talented consultants. We think they’re all required when you start from a baseline of respect, and we’re continually working to reinforce and improve these values.
We are simply thrilled to have again received the Equality 100 Award from the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, naming CGI a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. They refreshed their criteria and fewer companies were named this year, and we're happy to learn CGI continues to be recognized for our inclusive culture.
Curious what it's like to work at CGI? We've posted several new stories lately to our Life at CGI blog. Here's one story from Asbel Ngetich, who came to CGI from our Apprenticeship Program.
