Happy National Intern Day! Today we recognize the fresh perspectives and thoughtful contributions that interns bring to our workplace. To all our Summer 2025 interns: You are contributing meaningful ideas, asking insightful questions, and bringing valuable energy to your projects. Your curiosity and willingness to learn make a real difference. Thank you for your dedication and your eagerness to take on new challenges. We appreciate having you as part of the team and look forward to seeing where your careers take you. Our Summer 2025 Intern Program has featured Intern Insiders (Department Overviews), Lunch with the CEO, and an intern and manager outing to the Great Big Game show—where rumor has it the interns came out victorious! 🏆
Members of our local Critical Start HQ office came together on Tuesday - from interns to executive - to stuff 100 backpacks for preschool and pre-k age kids as part of Rainbow Days 2025 Back-to-School Backpack Drive! These supplies will help Dallas ISD children, that are experiencing homelessness, start their school year with everything they need to succeed. It's incredible to know we're contributing to support local kids through Rainbow Days' 34th annual Back-to-School Celebration this August. There's something special about seeing our team members roll up their sleeves together for such an important cause. Every child deserves to feel prepared and excited for the new school year! 🌈
We honor Juneteenth and the resilience, strength, and contributions of the Black community throughout American history. As we observe this federal holiday, we're taking the opportunity to reflect, learn, and continue building a more inclusive workplace.
