Project SEARCH is a success for everyone involved: Carilion Clinic, Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, and the young interns who gain so much from the program - and give so much back! Mowing around the 4,000 solar panels that were installed last year at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center was not going to be an easy feat. That was until we handed the job over to some four-legged friends. It is a win-win for us and this flock of 30 sheep. The sheep visit regularly to fill their bellies and nap in the shade of the solar panels and we get a nicely maintained field! Watch now to see our sheep friends hard at work. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQxZL
