As we close this March, which plays host to Women's History Month and International Women's Day, it is vital to reflect upon Clark Schaefer Hackett's commitment to championing women in leadership through Advancing Women in Leadership (AWIL), our chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative. Diversity and inclusion are not just organizational goals but essential pillars of our identity. Our yearly report, signed by the co-chairs of AWIL, Brittany Lawrence and Tiffany White, as well as President Kerry Roe, outlined several milestones we've reached this year. 🚺 4 out of 7 of our C-suite members are women. 📈 A 16-point increase of Staff I that are women, from 32% in 2022 to 48% in 2023. 📈 An 18-point increase of Senior associates, from 50% in 2022 to 68% in 2023. 💼 In a firmwide survey, 86.82% of respondents agreed with the statement: "I wish to advance to the next level in my career at the Firm, and I believe that it is possible." Thank you for your support and commitment to our shared vision.
