Community Systems, Inc. has recently reorganized it's approach to providing supports. Part of our reorganization is to decrease the number of staff transitions in a person's home and decrease the total number of different people coming and going in a support. The results benefit both the people CSI supports and our Team Members. Our Team Members now work longer shifts each day- 12 hours or more, but less days a week giving our staff 3-4 days off each week. The creative scheduling is ideal for students, parents, people with exciting other interests! The schedule also decreases the commute time down to 2 or 3 times a week instead of 5 days a week!! You could work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and be off the rest of the week!! Our Team Members love our creative schedules!!!
