"For me it's the laughter you hear at 12:30am as teams are pushing through to get the idea come to life, it's working on a team to put on the best event that you can and despite lack of sleep and probably many moments of stress/frustration, hearing participants say that they feel "inspired", "energized" and "had the best time ever" immediately after the event is my favorite memory."
