Today marks an important milestone for our Team at Crew Carwash… the opening of our 60th location. 🎉 Our newest wash is now open on the southside of Indianapolis at Thompson & Emerson. A sincere THANK YOU to everyone who helped bring this project to life — our Team Members across real estate, projects, operations, training, IT, and marketing, along with the many location Team Members who dedicated so much time and effort preparing for opening day. This is a Customer story that brings our Purpose to life and reminds us of the profound impact one person can have on a family. A Team Member named Lexi created a moment for a family that they will never forget. Their four-year-old son, James, has special needs and is completely fascinated by car washes. When his parents arrived for their wash, they asked Lexi if she would “play the transaction” with him so he could experience the whole process. What happened next is the kind of service that cannot be scripted or trained — only lived. Lexi met James exactly where he was. She listened. She smiled. She slowed down. She leaned in. She treated a simple car wash like it was the most important moment in the world. She even finished the experience by surprising James with a small plush Crew mascot at the end of the tunnel. James lit up. His parents teared up. The parents later wrote: “Lexi showed the kind of customer service today that cannot be taught. Her playfulness and heart came through… From the bottom of our hearts, the kind of service she provided went way above and beyond.” This is what it means to ‘Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers’.
