We’re proud of all of the work we do, but it’s especially exciting when a DOWL project wins an award like the Grand Project Award from ACEC Montana, which recognizes the year’s best engineering projects from firms located in Montana. The West Fork Upper Battle Creek Diversion project will increase energy production at Alaska’s largest hydroelectric project by diverting more water to Bradley Lake. It’s an incredible honor to receive this award from ACEC Montana. Thank you to the project team for delivering a project worthy of such an honor!

We wish all of you a happy holiday season as we look toward 2021, when we hope we can shake hands, hug, or simply be in the same room. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy so we can meet up again soon.

Today, we are taking the opportunity to recognize an important holiday: Indigenous Peoples Day. We acknowledge the significance of our country’s indigenous populations, and we are honored to regularly work with American Indian and Alaska Native tribes on crucial infrastructure projects in Alaska and across the western United States. Today is an important time to reflect on these underserved populations, and we hope you’ll join us in honoring them.
